About the Company
Rrecord Consulting Services (RCS) provides training, technical assistance and consulting services to meet the growing and challenging needs of the workforce development community.  The mission of RCS is to provide staff development training and technical assistance to workforce development professionals that will enhance service delivery and influence positive outcomes in the workforce development system.  The benchmark of RCS is based on three main principles:

Mission Statement
The mission of RRecord Consulting Services is to increase practitioners skills and provide professional staff development through quality cost-effective training that will enhance service delivery and maximize positive performance outcomes for workforce development programs.
Consulting Experience
Rick Record is the Executive Director of Rrecord Consulting Services.  He shares over 30 years of workforce development, youth development and economic development experience to his facilitated sessions.  He has trained over 100,000 workforce development professionals in more than 20 subject areas related to workforce development, youth development and economic development.  His foundational experience is based on working with the Department of Labor, various State Employment and Training Departments, Local Workforce Investment Boards; the Department of Corrections, Department of Rehabilitation, Department of Social Services, Probation Department; Post-Secondary Educational Institutions, School Districts, Juvenile Probation; Faith-based and Community-based Organizations.  Mr. Record holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), and has been certified by the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals (NAWDP), and a member of the Southeastern Employment and Training Association (SETA).
